Booking conditions
(applies for all booking made after 2024-01-01)
All our outdoor experiences will hereafter be referred to as “tours”.
All bookings are made with Pevon Ecoturism AB. We are a tour operator based in Sweden and our company number is 559211-2527, VATSE559211252701.
Pevon Ecoturism AB will hereafter be referred to as “we/us”.
All the information provided on the website is, to the best of our knowledge or belief, correct at the time of publication.
We will advise you of any changes that are fundamental that we believe will affect your enjoyment of the tour.
Remember that it is always your own responsibility to make sure you have travel and health insurance.
Booking & payment
When you book directly online, you confirm your booking by entering the selected payment method to complete the booking.
For bookings via email or personal contact, a booking confirmation will be sent to you with an invoice. If the amount is not available to us by the due date, the booking is considered cancelled.
Each item is listed including VAT in Swedish kronor.
We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations in the event of a dispute.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you must agree to us registering your data. You have the right to have the data deleted.
You agree to us sending you e-mails with booking confirmation and follow-up e-mails. We will not send newsletters or other e-mails after your visit with us.
By accepting our terms of purchase, a binding agreement is created. When a booking is received, a booking confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail with information about your booking.
For Private individuals:
Changing of your booking
You can change your booking 14 days before arrival.
If you have opted for rebooking protection, you can rebook your experience free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations that take place closer than 14 days before arrival are charged 15% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations that take place closer than 7 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount of the booking.
Cancellations that occur closer than 2 days before arrival are charged 100% of the total cost.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Paid bookings are refunded free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The booking can be moved up to 3 days before the start to any date if rebooking protection is purchased for the booking (Does not apply for the Nordic Tipitent).
In the event of illness, the full amount is refunded on presentation of a sickness certificate.
Cancellations for a company
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
Cancellations that take place closer than 4 weeks will be charged 25% of the total cost
Cancellations that take place closer than 3 weeks will be charged 50% of the total cost
Cancellations that take place closer than 2 weeks will be charged 75% of the total cost
Cancellations that take place closer than 1 week will be charged 100% of the total cost
Gift Card
Purchases of gift cards are always paid via online or invoice.The gift cards are a valuable document with a unique code and can only be redeemed once. No VAT is paid on gift card sales.
VAT is only reported when using the gift card. The gift card is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
You can cancel your gift card purchase and get the amount refunded if you get in touch with us within a week after the purchase date (7 days).
Additional information
Outdoor activities are also weather dependent.
If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, an alternative activity suitable for the current conditions will be provided.
Please note that changes may occur at a short notice, even on the same day.

Your obligations as a guest
Remember that the contact details you provide us with when making a booking are our only way of contacting you. Make sure they are correct.
Please read your confirmation carefully and check that all dates/times and products/services are booked according to your requirements. If not, please contact us immediately to correct any misunderstandings .
When making your reservation, please let us know if you are disabled in any way, food allergies or other disabilities that might be useful for us to know about. Please be specific of what kind of special needs you might require, before arrival.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance for the entire trip. Review your insurance cover and make sure that you have a comprehensive travel insurance covering sickness and accident and home transportation.
Complaint/disputes
Any errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately to us (staff). If you have not reported any complaints or errors during your stay and therefore neglected to give us the opportunity to correct any mistakes, you cannot demand any compensation afterwards.
Force Majeure
Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers control, and that prevents the contract from being fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed air ports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.
Subject to change
We reserve the right to change times, prices, payment, booking or discount conditions at will. Prices for coming seasons are always preliminary and are subject to change.
